- Ensure that you have a Girls’Frontline 2: Exilium account before exchanging and that you have created a character in the game. The exchange cannot be completed and the item cannot be sent without a character.
- After the exchange is complete, the item will be sent to you via in-game mail. Please log in to the game and collect it from the in-game mail before it expires. Once it expires, the item cannot be collected.
- Please note the expiry date of the exchange code. Past that date, the code will no longer be effective and will not be reissued.
- The exchange code can only be used on the above-mentioned websites and can only be exchanged for the corresponding item. Trading, selling and transferring are strictly forbidden. Refunds and cash exchanges are not supported.
- Exchange codes have uppercase and lowercase characters and spaces. Please ensure you enter them correctly to avoid incorrect entries and failed exchanges.
