Shipping Fee Optimization & Adjustment Notice

Over the past few weeks, we've been closely monitoring your feedback regarding shipping costs on GFL Store. We hear you loud and clear—and after a thorough review of our shipping rates across all regions, we are implementing a series of adjustments effective immediately. Here's everything we're changing:
1. Pillow Product Shipping Optimization
We've optimized shipping rates for two of our most popular pillow products:
- Pizza Pillow (Large): save up to $8 on shipping
- Black Cat Pillow: save up to $8 on shipping
For existing orders: All customers who have already purchased either of these pillows will receive a $10.00 refund per order (United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom).
Refunds will be processed automatically within 30 business days—no action required.
2. US Heavy Parcel Rate Reduction
We know heavy items have been a pain point. After renegotiating with our logistics partners, we've secured lower shipping rates for larger orders to the United States. You can now check the latest rates at checkout, and the discounted rates are already in effect.
3. South Korea Shipping Rate Adjustment
Through ongoing negotiations with our logistics partners and route optimization, we've secured better shipping rates for South Korea. Effective immediately:
- All shipping rates to Korea reduced by 20%
New rates are already live on the store.
- Automatic 20% shipping refund for existing Korea orders
If you've placed an order to Korea, you will receive a 20% refund of the shipping portion within 30 business days.

These adjustments are our immediate response—but they're not the final answer.
Here's what's coming:
- Ongoing Shipping Rate Audits
- We're conducting monthly reviews of shipping costs across all regions to ensure our rates remain competitive and fair.
- Overseas Warehouse Evaluation

- We're working with our warehouse team to optimize packaging sizes and reduce dimensional weight charges across all product categories.
