Shipping Fee Optimization & Adjustment Notice

Shipping Area:

At the moment, we are able to ship to the following countries and regions:

Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Singapore, Macao SAR, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Colombia, Switzerland, Greece, Russia, Peru, United States (Partial Regions), South Korea, China.

Shipping to other countries and regions is currently unavailable due to import duties, customs complexities, and logistical limitations, which may affect the overall delivery experience.

We sincerely hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future and bring our products to more customers around the world.


Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are generally determined by the shipping address, package weight, size and the shipping option selected. Please note that larger items (e.g., oversized pillows or figures) may incur higher shipping fees due to their dimensions and special handling requirements. We currently partner with major carriers, including China Post-EMS/ePacket, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, and will automatically select the most suitable carrier for your shipment. In certain cases, we may use other carriers not listed in this policy.

To comply with logistics regulations and prevent delays, the maximum gross weight for a single order (including packaging) is 20kg. If your order exceeds this limit, please split it into multiple shipments during checkout.

 

Order Processing & Pre-Orders:

Most orders are processed within 15 business days of your confirmation. Orders aren't processed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Any orders placed after hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.You will receive an email notification once your package has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date listed in the product description. While we aim to fulfill preorders as close as possible to their estimated shipping times, actual timelines may vary.

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order): If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available.

Example: If you order an in-stock figure (ready in 3 days) and a pre-order figure (ready in August 2030), both will ship together in August 2030.

To receive in-stock items immediately, we strongly suggest placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products. Please note this can result in more than one shipping charge collected at checkout.

 

Track Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We recommend using 17TRACK to monitor your shipment status. Please note that tracking updates are generated by the logistics carrier and may not be real-time. However, our team is always ready to assist if you have any question.

 

Multiple Shipments:

For various reasons such as package size or weight, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number. In this case, the packages may arrive at different times. Please refer to the individual tracking numbers for status updates.

 

Package Return:

Your package may be returned to our warehouse due to issues such as customs checks, refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect delivery address, missed delivery, unclaimed parcels, or refusal to accept. Once the package is returned, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, your order will be canceled.

While packages with an incorrect or invalid address are expected to be returned to our warehouse, it is possible for the package to be lost in transit or disposed of in certain circumstances. Please make sure your address is complete and correct when placing the order as we are unable to issue replacements or refunds for situations like this.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs, missing, or damaged items due to reasons attributable to the recipient, such as refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect address, missed delivery, or unclaimed parcels or refusal to accept.

If a package is returned multiple times due to the reasons listed above or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and charge fees if we suspect fraud or policy abuse.

 

Missing Package:

All orders are shipped by third-party carriers. If your package is delayed beyond the usual shipping time, please contact the carrier directly for the latest status updates. You may also email us at cs@gfl-store.com with your name and order number for assistance. Please contact us within 45 days of shipment, as we may not be able to provide further assistance after this period.

We are not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as not received. Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for missing packages due to recipient-related issues, such as refusal to pay customs fees, incorrect address, missed delivery, or unclaimed parcels.

 

Customs, Tax, and Duty Fees:

International orders may incur additional customs, tax, and duty fees applied to them by the local customs office. These additional fees can be applied by customs office after a review of the items in the package. Please be aware that you are responsible for any such fees. For more details on how customs fees are applied, please contact your local customs office.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs or shipping carriers.

If you are asked to pay duties or taxes, you may choose to either pay them or request a refund. In case of a refund request, the ordered items will be returned. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

United States Tariff:

For customers in the United States, all applicable U.S. import duties are pre-calculated and included in the total shipping cost at checkout, which means the price you see is the final price—there are no hidden charges, and you will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that import duties are subject to change based on U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and updates to tariff classifications. While we strive to keep shipping costs stable, fluctuations in duty rates may affect the final amount. We appreciate your understanding.

VAT Policy for EU Customers:

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to VAT in accordance with applicable EU tax regulations. VAT may be collected by customs authorities or the shipping carrier before delivery. Please note that prices on our website do not include VAT, and EU customers are responsible for any applicable taxes. We appreciate your understanding.
